Oven comes with a stainless steel exterior, independently controlled upper and lower high power quartz infrared elements. Quartz infrared heaters provide faster, more consistent heating than traditional heating elements. Easy access side mounted controls with left to right operation. Oven temperatures range from low to 500 degrees. Comes with a separate control for adjustable conveyor speed. Also has adjustable 1-1/2” – 3” inlet/exit openings. Analog controls, 2-12” adjustable legs, and (1) removable crumb tray.
